After years of not going to this place, I go because back then the flavors were good. I don't ever remember such rude and terrible staff with no customer service or the fact that I can't enjoy both green and red salsa from the salsa bar because that is extra. You are better of going to Pollo Loco where customer service actually exists, you can choose all the salsa you desire, for just about the same price! Never going back. Yup.
