It's too bad customer service has gone down in value. This place is a good example of that. I was in to pick up some tarts last week after ordering them a few days before. When I walked in, I went to look at the cookies. The girl that was ringing up a customer clearly noticed when I entered the store, but when another customer came in for pick up, she took him right away without bothering to even ask who was next, as most places usually do. I didn't make a fuss since I wasn't in a rush and there were only a couple of other customers waiting. It was the principle of it. Then when my mom went in the other day to pick up a cake she'd ordered, they said it would be ready at 10:00 that day. She went in about 10:20 and they said she'd need to wait a half hour since it wasn't ready. I've started searching for other bakeries that have the same type of cakes we prefer, because we sure won't be giving them our business anymore (and we did go there quite a bit).

Extremely disappointing again, I had order from this bakery for years and every time they keep on disappointing me even more, it might had be my fault for trusting a bakery who's cake (filling) I like but the fact that everytime I order a cake it's no where near my expectations nor what I paid for. I order a cake yesterday and they just called to informed that cake can't be done as I requested and as for what paid for, so their best solution was them to do the cake HOW they wanted or to give me my money back so I can go order another cake somewhere else giving me LESS that 24 hours from the time I need it. Sadly I was force to accepted it due to the timing but I will NEVER EVER AGAIN, WILL GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN any money from me. It sad to see that once this bakery gained certain reputations BY US their CUSTOMER they care less about losing or disappointed who has made them.
