We needed a last minute truck for our Holiday Parade the next day and they were super nice and were able to find us something that same day. We made it to pick up the truck just after closing and they still let us take the truck home. We got it at an awesome rate and received a huge discount when we returned it the next day instead of the original return date.

I needed a car rental for a road trip and was given an upgrade. It was raining so I kept at a safe speed. Once I reached the point where it was no longer raining on the highway and the speed limit was above 70 the car's front suspension was shaking. Since I was a few hours away from where we began I called in and was directed to the nearest Enterprise office. 1st office did not have comparable car so I drove to the next office 8miles away and was able to switch out the vehicle. Though they also did not have the comparable car, so safety was first and I downgraded and that vehicle transported me safely to my destination and back home. Once I returned the car I mentioned what had transpired and was given a discount. Last I suggested they inspect the car charger outlets because I had to switch out a fuse on one of them with the spare and the other was still burned out. Luckily I knew what the problem was when the phones were not charging. Most definitely will rent from SF Enterprise again for the next long distance road trip.
